Durabelle

I do NOT recommend this company.These companies need to be mindful that the people who fork out money for snow removal services are often the vulnerable.... the elderly, people with disabilities, single moms (and dads), who are busy.I have done a lot of my own shovelling this winter. This company might come once during a storm. Today, they were a no show, and I had to clear my driveway, plus a giant bank created by the plough in order to go to the grocery store. This was after waiting all day until 4 p.m.Techni-snow has been to my neighbour's houses twice since this morning, and were here very shortly after the plough came around. It's very disappointing, and I won't bother trying to call, because they don't answer the phone.

It is 1:10 pm and my driveway is still not cleared at all from the huge snow storm last night. I have called 4 times, sent a text msg and no one is getting back to me and you can’t leave a voicemail. Technisnow cleared my neighbors driveway hours ago. This is my second year using this company. My first year experience was great. This year I am very disappointed as I’ve had to call or text them several times regarding service and it feels like I’m bothering them.

Good service, prompt, good price

Do not come when you call and when they do come they leave hudge pill of snow right in front of your window even tho that i hqve a basement apartment, really good job to give more chance for a damage to happen , cant even see through my windows or nothing ! Wouldn’t go for that company in a million years ! You ask them to move it nicely and everything amd they look at you like they could care less about it !!

Je suis client de Durabelle depuis 3 ans et je suis très satisfait du service qu'ils offre année après année. Ils offre un service a la hauteur de mes attentes et pour un pris tout a fait raisonable. Le déneigement est fait avec soin et en temps. A aylmer c'est Durabelle!

This a second year, I have hired Durabelle, to clean the driveway. They come on time and clean well. Not sure where bad reviews come from.

I've been trying to get a quote for a snow removal contract from Durabelle and can't get anyone to pickup or return my messages (by phone or through their website). This review is based on this and not their actual work.

En tant que gestionnaire de plusieurs copropriété secteur Plateau, je suis extrêmement satisfaite du service reçu de la part de Durabelle. Nous faisons le tour de tous mes projets avant l'hiver et à la fin pour vérifier s'il y a des travaux à faire suite aux déneigement, ce qui est rare des autres entrepreneurs. Le personnel est attentif, les escaliers sont toujours bien déneigé, le contracteur est présent et est disponible en tout temps. L'été, vous êtes attentif aux canicules et nos gazon restent beau, vert et en santé. Je n'ai que du respect pour vous et je vous remercie de votre service depuis le début de ma carrière en tant que gestionnaire de copropriété !!
