The resident manager Carrie Duff is very nice, soft spoken and friendly. She was very helpful and accommodating when we moved in. It feels good to have a manager who cares. Very safe building with onsite security. Good covered parking lots and central winnipeg location just adds up to all the plus points.

There was a delay in being able to let guests visit. My phone number was not entered into the system for 5 days. So I had to go downstairs everything a guest would come and visit me.

One of the most well-managed residential complexes in Winnipeg's downtown area.Carrie Duff and Natasha Nedd, the building managers, are extremely pleasant and go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is secure and comfortable.This is a fantastic area for new immigrants and students with literally everything just steps away from your HOME!The security, maintenance, and cleaning employees in the building are all quite kind and easy to work with.Thank you, Carrie and Natasha, for a fantastic stay:)

I have recently moved into 360 Cumberland which is one of the properties managed by Avenue living and I must say the process was really seamless and stress free all thanks to the manager there, Carrie - she’s been such an angel!!!. It’s a beautiful apartment in a very well managed building. So far, I have got a few complaints which were resolved in no time; the maintenance team is very reliable. I look forward to enjoying my stay here!!!

Just moved to this building a month ago, and it’s great. Carrie Duff, the building manager is amazing and very proactive with everything. The entire staff is very friendly. Very well maintained building with 24 hour security. A great place to live with central location.

Recently moved into an apartment in 360 Cumberland Avenue. Carrie Duff has been awesome in making the move smooth and tension free. When my careless self lost the keys within 10 days, she was so nice to come in on her day off to give me a new set.

It's New Years day. Our Amazing Property Manager Carrie Duff, even though it wasn't her job was cleaning out the foyer and the Lobby because it was dirty. The cleaners were off. It was also on her day off when she didn't have to come in.

Best place to stay downtown. Safe, clean, and polite maintenance and cleaners staff. Carrie will accommodate you even if she is too busy.
