This is my second time buying things from Urbanized in Erin Mills and I am so satisfied. The customer service is great and the prices too. The staff helped and advised me a lot and I truly appreciate that. Will definitely be coming back.

It is a beautiful store with an amazing staff. You can find your taste by getting help of nice and patient staff in the store. They spend plenty of time to help you that you get satisfied when you leave the store and you get happy when you have a look with beautiful furniture in your home. I recommend to visit the store at least one time before making decision for new furniture and design in home.

bought 6 seater sofa about year before, contact them soon after delivery about product, its zeero quality showing a floor model in good quality but after full payment they sent garbage product I am about to put on the street for garbage will update the pics soon. I would like to alert everyone not to buy anything from them.

Thank you for the beautiful sofa I ordered at Square One Urbanized store. The quality and service was outstanding. The attention to detail is superb. I will definitely return for more unique items for my home.

To anyone thinking about buying furniture from Urbanized, I would say save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere. We ordered a bed from Urbanized but were given a completely different bed. We were told that they don’t manufacture the bed that we ordered (which is still up on their website as of today!), and that they would find us a similar bed. The manager sent one option which we did not like, and then we did not hear from her again, and had to constantly call her for an update. They delayed this whole situation for weeks. The manager was given so many reminders by her own employees to call us and give an update, yet nothing. It was ridiculous how we would have to visit the store, call, leave voicemails, and send emails to chase down the manager. At the end, we were told to return the wrong bed and “pack it up nicely”. We spoke to the employee, who said that it is fair that someone comes to disassemble and pick up the wrong bed which we were told to use, however the manager forced us to return the bed ourselves. We finally got a refund, but overall, it’s been a very disappointing few weeks and frankly a complete waste of time and headache dealing with Urbanized.

I had a great experience buying a couch from this location. They advised me that it could take up to 10 weeks to receive. However, I received the couch in 6 weeks. I appreciate that they did not mislead me with the delivery time. I was also able to call and receive updates along the way. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and its delivery to my apartment. Happy customer.

Wonderful experience. Staff is very professional and pleasant. We have shopped from Urbanized on many occasions and every time the service is exemplary. They always go out of the way to make sure we have the best experience. The management and staff is very accommodating and always strive for the complete satisfaction of the customer.

Me and my wife purchased a coffee table from this so called business, this was the most unpleasant experience for us. We wanted a new table but they wanted a deposit and their policy is after 30 days if you cancel they keep your 40% deposit. What I felt they actually do is delay the order so you can only lose your deposit. In my opinion they do not have any intention of fulfilling your order, you can never leave a message because their voicemail is not setup. We ended up taking the floor model so we didn’t get ripped off. I would not waste your hard earned money, they are very deceitful and I will never use them or recommend them. Save yourself from a huge disappointment.
