Terrible experience after only a month as a customer. VAR training was light with us being provided a user guide for DIY set up of a complicated system that is not intuitive. Network outages have already occurred. Called tech support at Newt/Fibernetics on multiple occasions and no one called us back. Implementing this system has adversely impacted my business. There are so many better alternatives I now wish I'd gone with. Do not recommend.Follow up to original review. The NEWT cloud team addressed my review by saying we have spoken. This is false. They have not reached out directly except for their review response above since we on-boarded their platform.
