The new owners of this location have made a few changes for the good. It's cleaner for one. New dryers, and signs indicate that an attendant will soon be on site; this will be a big plus. Also now has 2 change machines making weekends better for changing bills

I didn't take long for this place to go downhill. While the Grainger family operated it things were great. 2 weeks after the new company took ownership a quarter of all machines were out of order.

It's 9:08am April 16, 2023 and no one here!!!! Have had four cars pull up and leave to go elsewhere. 9:15am and still no one here...... The hours of operation say open at 9am...?!!9:20am - still waiting... shouldn't have to pay to wait for unreliable services that don't have a contingency plan.9:25am - still not open... Hello?!!!Left at 940am. Found a better location. Corner of George and Lansdowne. Opens at 6am 7 days a week. Cheaper by .75 a load -much cleaner - will never be back to old Grainger location again!
