We are very happy with the services provided by R&G Legault. We hired them to repair our old heatpump, and later on put in a new heatpump & electric furnace system. Their customer service, repair technician as well as the entire installation team were all knowledgeable, responsive and courteous throughout the process. All details of our installation requests were noted in the quote and later implemented as planned. They even helped us expedite Quebec government Chauffez Vert grant for this project. We highly recommend this company.

The customer service wasn't great on the phone to begin with. They wouldn't even tell me what could be the problem they kept pushing for an evaluation. I got an evaluation and supposed testing. They fixed what seemed to be the problem and not even two weeks later there is again a problem and they want us to pay another 125$ for an evaluation. I feel there should be at least a minimum work guarantee... they said all their tests were fine so this puts into question their testing methods certainly.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER.The tech does a DIAGNOSTIC" test for $125.00 + tax and determines the motor seized. He explains why they will never find the same motor and should have a new system installed for $2200-2500 plus tax

So basically did cleaning 2yrs ago paid 100 something for cleaning, now came in did 1hr cleaning and charged 352$ no parts needed. I will never have this company step foot in my house again pure robbery. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. I have both receipts to prove the charges.

Disappointed - thought I was supporting a local business that would care for its clients. After paying for a brand new system which *they* recommended (and is just over 2 years old) - the fan (which we alerted them from the beginning wasn't working well) failed...Poor Customer service - left messages, had to call back before finally getting a service appointment. The technician confirmed the diagnosis" of a broken fan motor and then demanded $125 on the spot

Called at 8 AM December 30 and they were at my door within 3 hours with a replacement motor! Didn’t charge extra for the holiday season or the emergency visit. Repair was done quickly and I have never had this much heat! I was so pleased that I felt it necessary to share my experience for others. Top notch customer service.

Noureddine was fast, courteous and knowledgeable.He replaced what needed replacing and fixed the problem quickly.Very polite and cleaned up after the job. He was very professional and honest. 5 stars for Noureddine!I did have a problem with the appointment otherwise I would have given 5 stars. It was delayed for two days before the technician came to do the repair. That was due to them having several emergencies that needed to be taken care of. Since my problem was not urgent, I did not really mind but I was not advised of the delays until I called the following day.I highly recommend this company if you can live with possible delays.

Absolute terrible service. Technician came to our house to tell us that our system was not working. Why do you think we called you in the first place!!??He was suppose to call us back for an estimate of the charges to repair our system. We never heard back from them. Call them twice and we were never taken seriously. We almost sued them.Do not take the chance to get services from this company. There are far better companies that will give you great value for your money.

Fast and great service!!The technician came only 2 hours after our call and replaced the burned motor of our furnace on the spot.Very knowledgeable and very helpful tech.
