DO NOT BOTHER GOING TO THIS AGENCY. Jen Hawkins isn't at par helping people find a job. After numerous applications, you will get the run a round. It's like she does not want us to find a job. I have to highlight my qualifications for her and show her how I am qualified for job. Don't bother to go to the office to fill out paper work she has a tendency to lose files or won't bother reaching out to people who do qualify. She can take days to respond which is frustrating because often you miss out in applying for a position. It seems like she picks and chooses who she wants and is showing favoritism. For a job agency you would expect the staff to help you find a job and not give you the cold shoulder or lose your file or not respond to emails. Jen is not proffesional and I would not recommend anyone to use this agency. I though a job agency helps you find a job Forest City Staffing does not help.

I have Worked for Forest City Staffing for Year's. And have had nothing but great experience working here. The staff at Forest City have always been very Professional. Jenn Hawkins has always been there to find the work that suits the driver's need and takes the time to explain the Task at Hand for the Job. All Job's are not compatible for every Driver. My Pay has always been correct and always on time. Jenn Hawkins and Bridget Azevedo have always been there to answer any questions and very polite and Helpful. I would Highly recommend Forest City Staffing.

My name is Diane Brillant. Do not use this agency. Jenna is not at par with helping anyone find a job. This is my first time making a review and clearly have my name posted. Jen, I hope you can read this. I am disappointed with your lack of professionalism, you accuse me of writing a review which has the name of the person and clearly I am not Doyle. You had my file just sitting there for over a year, you don't return any of my phone calls. I ask you to call me on a Friday like you had said in an email but you never did. I did not do anything to you to deserve this. Why would you not call me to ask about my qualifications? I applied for positions you said I dont qualify which it turns out I do, you just didn't want to forward my resume. I'm tired of being ignore by you. If you are going to use a driver's abstract as your excuse, please save it. I gave you an updated CVOR. I do not want my driver's abstract to sit in a file for another year. I can provide one to an employer but you are going to use it as your excuse not to send my resume because you think a CVOR isn't enough. It cost money Jen, why have my file sit in your office for a year if your not going to use the abstract? I 'm best to save it for an actual employer to see it. I have kept all the emails so you can't say I'm making anything up. I didn't want to make a review but I feel others need to hear it. From others comments I am not the only one who thinks this way about you. I tried several times to email you, asking you to call and nothing. I will use another job agency this one isn't worth the trouble. Last, Jen you had plenty of time in the past year and recently to contact me so you can't come back and said you are too busy to respond. There is no reason for you to be unprofessional. This review about you is necessary for others to know. You accuse me of being someone else that made a review about you. That is when I got upset with you because I am not Doyle or a guy. You email me accusing of making such review. Don't bother Jen to call your not going to help .Maybe you'll accuse me of something else. I think my name is clear so I hope you can see I made this review.

I have had my AZ for 27 years and have worked for Forest City Staffing for about 2 years. They offer a very family oriented atmosphere; allowing me to have time off whenever I have needed it. I have always received my paycheque on time with no issues. They are very supportive with any concerns that arise and work hard to meet their employees needs. I would like to give a special thanks to Jen Hawkins for being a wonderful coordinator and always being there when needed.

I have been with this agency for 4 years now and i have never had an issue. They are very nice people to work with and are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns i have. I highly recommend looking into this agency if your a truck driver! Keep up the great work Jen and Bridget!

Recently, I moved to Woodstock, having spent over 30 years in Northern Ontario. I got in touch with Forest City Staffing, in Cambridge. This was in response to a driving position, that was being offered. Within a week, I now find myself employed.Thank you, Jen

This agency" puts very little focus on treating their candidates with respect. The people that I have dealt with are lacking in people skills and the understanding required to properly operate a business of this kind."

Not sure who Tabby dealt with but it could not have been Jen. Myself and a many other drivers I know have dealt with her and nothing but good things to say. Genuinely cares about finding a suitable job and quick. Best agency around hand down.
