We purchased a gas fireplace from this company 1.5 years ago. Since the day of install the fireplace has not worked properly. Several phone calls...changing batteries...service techs the fireplace is still not working. I would never purchase anything from this company again as their customer support afterwards is horrid. Only contact is through email and then maybe a phone call. So here I am having to find yet another tech that can actually fix a unit that is 1.5 years old and has hardly been used. Very disappointing.

Purchased a unit 2015. Had to have the transmitter and terminal replaced twice in 2017. Had it re serviced in 2018. Finally December 6 2019, it threw a fire ball into our rec room through the bottom vents, and leaking carbon monoxide. $4500 later a new one is being installed. Will never recommend this company nor their techs. Horrible service and experience.

We purchased our 55 inch stainless steel front gas fireplace from this company. The owner Dakota is very knowledgeable in her products. Very nice to deal with. Her contractor Kyle and Jerry? We're a pleasure to have in our home. They did a fantastic job, and also very neat. Keep up the great work everyone. Your company will be highly recommend by us. Thank you again.

Tried to support local. As stated on website due to COVID circumstances, showroom closed and by appt only. Sent request via that process - pretty much a week and no response. Then sent a direct email to Dakota - same...no response. Tried calling but only goes to msg - and that you have to contact by website email. Then i posted on their Facebook page my concerns; they pulled my post within 24 hours (it was not mean or nasty). Looks like i will spend my money elsewhere, clearly dont need it - or they are out of business. I have sent an email to manufacturer Kingsmen about my concerns - if this is how they deal with pre-customers; imagine how they deal with post-customers (see some other reviews), Not recommending to anyone.
