Brought car in too fix radiator leak after my car broke down on Patricia. They didn’t even secure the hose back on and the car overheated again. Also added on another $200 last minute.

I have been going to Burkmar for my Honda maintenance since it was Cordova Bay Esso. Although it is not as convenient for me to get there now, I continue to go to Mike and his team as their prices are reasonable and they provide honest, good service.

I brought my truck in two years ago when it wouldn't fire up. The guys at Burkmar told me I needed a new distributor, a $500 part, which I said to install.I recently took my truck into a different shop and they mentioned my engine was misfiring. I asked them to investigate and they said I needed a new distributor. You would expect a $500 part to last longer than two years.The shop also told me that a new distributor through them comes with a lifetime warranty. At Burkmar the part only came with a one year warranty. So now I am out another $600.I won't say whether to trust this shop or avoid them, but I figured I would share my experience and you can decide for yourself.
