Best Western Plus Montreal East

Great place to stay. The rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. They have an iron and hairdryer. Staff is friendly. The location, however, is a bit farther down from some points of attraction.

Excellent service and friendly staff. Rooms were very clean and beds very comfortable. We liked the extra touches such as the artwork on the walls. Location is perfect and there are restaurants in walking distance

If you're a tourist, the location is not so convenient since traffic can take 40 minutes to 1 hour to drive to the touristic area.The hotel was recently renovated, and the rooms were clean and organized. The TV only has cable (no way to connect your phone), which I have been noticing most of the hotels have (at least the ones I have visited).Our bedroom had breakfast included, but the buffet isn't worth 15, which was the price when I visited.

I have stayed in the past and was disappointed in the removal of complimentary breakfast. The previous breakfast was okay. The current breakfast is very overpriced. There is much better value at A&W within walking distance of the hotel.I would still recommend staying at the hotel, but I feel the quality has suffered in the past year.

Breakfast is no longer included, which I found out at check in… Very clean room, the hallway needed to be vacuumed but that’s fine, bed was very comfortable and clean, the pool was so warm and I believe it was saltwater because it didn’t have any strong chlorine smell, also the gym was decent although it had a strong smell of rubber from the floor tiles I suspect. Overall a very good option for a hotel in Montreal.

Awful customer service. The receptionist was rude and didn’t even try to help resolve an issue that we had. It was sad because I would definitely feel way better if someone were friendly to us, we felt absolutely unwelcome in that hotel.During my reservation I requested a crib (we had a 4 month old baby with us). Well, when we arrived I was told that they don’t have it, however they do have it available on the booking website. When I mention that to the receptionist she in a rude way offered me a refund and to go and check other hotels to stay on (we arrive at 9pm with a 4 month baby and a 3 year old toddler!!!).So well, we were tired and do not have other options.Also, I was hopping that we have a 2 bedroom unit which was booked, but it’s basically one room with a couch (where I had to sleep with a baby) and a bed. I’m glad that we booked only one night there.Do not recommend! Especially if you are traveling with kids.

The location is pretty newly renovated and clean, breakfast is overpriced for what it is(basically a continental breakfast for 16$). My stay was good other than on the weekends when it was extremely loud, I didn’t feel they did a great job keeping the noise down. But overall not bad
