I rented a car for one week and when I brought it back the manager had accused me of causing tire damage and it was a minor damage. However, I know for a fact I did not hit anything so there is no way. I didn’t see it during inspection because I’ve never check the tires in entire life of renting cars. I have insurance so I’m not worried about paying but its the principal of the situation. They will go around scamming people . Check every single inch of the car if you decide to rent from this place and don’t let them convince during that time it’s nothing . Mark it down and take pictures!!

Suggest not to rent car from this location, they charge you on your credit card for no reason and doesn't provide details/information on why those charges were made on the card. They keep saying it's ticket with no proper information. Also, the cars are extremely old, with poor maintenance. Doesn't recommend to rent from this location at all. Still struggling to get my money back which they charged for no reason and now I have to call 100 places to get back the money. Pathetic service.

I had very bad bad experience with this car rental that are scamming customers, do not trust them or rent from them. I rented a car for one day and when I brought it back the manager had accused me of causing tire rem damage and it was a minor damage. However, I didn’t see it during inspection because I’ve never check the tires in entire life of renting cars. They charged my credit 1000 dollars and without showing evidence of any repair. They will go around scamming people . Check every single inch of the car if you decide to rent from this place. Mark it down and take pictures!!

The guy working at this location is a total joke. I fully prepaid 16 days on avis website but he refused to provide a car to my dad at the location. REASON: he did not have a credit card to show. Foreign driver's license and passport were NOT enough for verification. As he EXPLAINED"

It was an excellent car rental experience. The pickup process was quick and friendly. The car itself was a great upgrade car ! It had an excellent condition and spotless clean. Returning the car as well was a pleasant experience. Although the office was too small comparatively to other rental companies offices, but the friendly customer service had exceeded those big offices. Thanks

One of the better AVIS locations around! They're located in a convenient area (near a gas station, so fill up there before returning the rental). Not a knock on the location but a dropbox would be nice. You'll have to drop off your rental during hours of operation which can be a bit inconvenient for others. Drove an almost brand new Black Jeep Grand Cherokee (had about 4K) and the ride was amazing. Staff is friendly and easy to talk to (had an extension to the rental which was done over the phone).

This place is a total scam. They ask you to fill up the tank, which costs $110. I just drove 200kms, and filled up $110. Make sure you check how much gas is there.Also I borrowed premium car, but the owner gave me very old SUV, which was making too much noise. Never rent from this place, not at all professional.

I often reserve a rental car in advance and pick it up here. Have no complaints as the guys are friendly and helpful. It does however get pretty busy at this gas station at times so it becomes a little harder to find parking for the rental car when returning it. Don't worry too much about it -- just keep it in mind and let the guys know where you parked it safely.
