True Concrete Designs

We recently built a new outdoor kitchen in our backyard. True Concrete was recommended to us by another contractor we used, and he had informed us that there was new ownership. We met with Chris so that we could decide what countertop we wanted, i.e. granite, concrete, etc. Our first impression of Chris was that he was very likeable and easy to work with. He also showed us around his shop so we could see samples of his work. We were very impressed by what we saw. We immediately made plans with him to get us a quote and estimated time from first measurements through to install. The cost was considerably cheaper than granite and the time estimate was much quicker than anticipated. We committed to his services. Once our project was ready for the countertop, Chris and his son came up and took their measurements. They spent extra time double-checking measurements and asking questions of us, to be thorough as possible. They then built the countertop and delivered it to us in less than the time that was promised (2-3 weeks). The final product was gorgeous and it fit perfect. The two of them even lifted our 200-lb BBQ in and out of the opening several times, again to confirm accuracy and fit, until they were satisfied. Overall, it was a great experience for us. We would highly recommend them, their quality of work, their excellent communication with us throughout the process, and their personable approach, to anyone! Thanks, Chris!!!

Promise that the finished product will be a show stopper in your home but really just looks like a diy project. New ownership = quality has gone down. Disappointed. Do not recommend.

Chris and his crew delivered on time. Chris always returned my calls answered all my questions. He made and installed a counter top in my kitchen awesome job. I really love the design he did. I would recommend him for sure. Thank you Chris for the great quality work. Edna

Was told he would come back “next week” and fill in the holes and do a fourth coat. Multiple texts to ask when coming with no responses. Last week (2 months later) said he would come this week. No text responses back since. Very poor professionalism. Would never refer him to others
