My HRV died and I needed a new one fairly quickly. Ross gave me a good selection of choices, recommended two in particular and was zero pressure on sales beyond a call to let me know when he would be ordering if I was ready. When he came to install, Ross was friendly, on time, very well organised and cleaned up everything after himself. I am very happy with my new, quiet, efficient HRV supplied by Rejuvenair.

We moved into our home last year only to discover that our HVAC system was completely fried and that there were issues with the duct work in the attic. We'd been having a lot of moisture issues over the past year and our air quality was not good. We hired Ross to install a new Venmar Air Exchanger in our home and to replace all of the duct work and exhaust in the attic. Ross is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He walked us through the issues and how they'd be remediated with the new system and ducting. He got the work done quickly but efficiently. We have since noticed a major difference in the air quality and moisture in our home. Our windows no longer fill with condensation and areas where water would surface no longer do! We are so pleased with the products and the service that Ross offered. We would recommend him to everyone!

Hired Ross to fix my Venmar system due to the reviews I saw here & was not disappointed at all. I ended up having to replace my old unit. Ross was always professional, informative, on time & very friendly. I would highly recommend him to any homeowner.
