Didn't try to up sell me on anything, cleaned the bike so well it looked brand new. Adjusted and fixed my derailleurs shifting issue, adjusted and fixed my disc brakes. My bike was pretty dirty/greasy/beat up too. Great price. Clearly knows what he is talking about and is definitely an expert, and to top it off he got me in quickly (the next morning).
