zero stars 2 hours on the phone and transferred to 6 different people who still could not answer my questions or concerns shopping around now for new service customer service is terrible

worst customer service experience ive had. do not trust them with your money. go somewhere else i guarantee it couldnt possibly be as bad as this service provider. 1h on the phone being transfered at least 8 times now still on the line repeating the same thing to everybody. if you chose them, good luck if anything happens

I have been with Chubb for the past few years. I get statements in the mail every 3 months and pay them on time. Today I received an email containing invoices for yearly Payments for 2021,2022 and 2023. How can I have yearly payments due for the past 3 years when I receive and pay my invoices every 4 months? They also sent me a 4th bill dating from January 2022. In total they are asking me to pay 1000$ for statements dating years ago. I pay my bills like clockwork. Customer service number does not work. Called multiple times and machine always says 'No one is able to take my call'. Will be cancelling service because of this garbage customer service and invoicing.

Terrible customer service. Sent multiple emails with no response for over 2 weeks, finally they respond that a tech will come tomorrow morning and I am still waiting....

We have had issues for the last 5 year - in the last 2 years they have ignored issues we had, alarms going off at midnight in building because technician did not do repairs properly. Problem renewing contact, emails, phone calls ignored. Never got returned phone calls to schedule mandatory Annual Fire Inspections. Had to hire another company who in turn found errors, anomalies, and omissions in previous services.We have switched over now to another company to do our monitor 24/7.

Do NOT use this company. Find another business to support for your home security system. They’ve been nothing but a disaster and have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. It has been brutally exhausting dealing with Chubb Fire & Security. I 100% do NOT recommend using them. There are far better companies who at the very least care about their customers because Chubb sure as hell doesn’t. Really an unpleasant experience and I’ve been trying to resolve an issue I’ve had with them for more than a year. They never call you back. They will never email you back. They will absolutely never follow up with you and spread lie after lie after lie. There are never any managers or supervisors to speak to. Their phone system is a disaster from the Stone Age and doesn’t work properly at all so you’re constantly being transferred to the wrong department over and over again. I do not have one single good thing to say. They’re impossible. I reiterate, stay away!!

I wish I could give negative stars. We cancelled our services in July and Chubb called a month later inquiring about an issue we had with one of our contacts, we told them we cancelled a month ago, they seemed suprised. In November we received a late payment notice dating back to July. I called the credit department to let them know we weren't even customers and the number wasn't in service. I called other departments and just kept getting bounced from one department to another, no one would help me, no one would answer my calls. I have been on hold now for over an hour. This is garbage service. The customer service is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. DO NOT use Chubb Edwards they are a terrible company

If I could give a negative review I would. Incompetent to the point that it took MONTHS to get invoices that I had never received after they've changed their invoicing systems. They charge you for servicing a brand new system (which shouldnt). Say they will followup, never do and then you receive a debt-collection service invoice. RUN AWAY.

Positively the worst customer service. They sold me an alarm & fire system at $1300 three years ago which has now become very problematic. Unfortunately, there’s nothing they can do to fix the present issues as they no longer deal with this brand of alarm system. Essentially, after speaking with Chubb, they’d like me to purchase a new system (with a rebate). I was told a new system would cost $1200, minus the rebate. HA! How do I know this new system won’t breakdown in 3 years (or sooner), too?I’ve lost trust in Chubb and would never recommend this security system supplier to anyone.

We were charged extra of 698,97$ on our regular payments and it’s been 4 months and they still investigating it. I don’t understand this 4 month long investigation after charging us extra. Just reimburse us.
