I was slightly nervous before my first session with Gente, as I didn’t quite know what was going to come up for me.I didn’t know what memories were going to surface or what hurdles I had to overcome in order to grow as an individual and as a mother.Gente, along with her compassionate guidance and calm presence, helped me to better understand some of the close relationships in my life but more than that, she helped me connect deeper to the most important relationship…the one I have (and will always have) with myself.I feel as though I could talk to Gente for hours, I just felt so comfortable and ‘held’.Thank you for all the tools you have given me and the time you took to really connect and help me.

I was having issues with the dynamics in my relationships at work. During the time I worked with Gente I was able to see how much beauty there was in the way I was handling my work situations, she showed me how I could embrace my personality and shine as the person I was and she helped me to understand myself better. This has led to more confidence and trust in myself as I carry about in my day to day interactions at work and relationships with people in my life. Conscious parenting coaching with Gente has changed everything for our little family, in the best way! We are still learning as we go, but it has honestly just been the best experience and the changes I see in myself and our family dynamic are amazing.
