Taxi Soucy

Absolutely the worst place to order a taxi. The only reason I still order from them is because they’re the only place that reaches my house. I always schedule the taxi one day in advance and no matter what time or what day I schedule it for, it’s always late. I thought the whole point of scheduling a taxi is that so it can be there at the time you need it there. I schedule a taxi so I can catch the bus to go to work. I’ve been late to work multiple times because they can not be on time even though I schedule the taxi in advance. If I don’t call to schedule then it’s a 1-3 hour wait so no matter what they always make me late. They never give refund or even apologize. The customer service is also just as bad. They have hung up on me multiple times when I call to inquire how much longer. I don’t even get to finish my sentence before they hang up on me. They also never give a straight answer. They’ll tell you 10 min and it’ll end up being over half an hour. If your taxi gets cancelled or is going to be late, they do NOT tell you and if you call to ask where it is, they will either be rude or hang up. I’ve never once had a good experience with this service and I order a taxi almost everyday for months now. If you have another taxi service near you I suggest you go to them before considering this place. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I take this taxi ONLY because its the closest in the town of Buckingham. they have horrible manners and the vans (not the cars) are always a mess. the service is also lacking..... you call but sometimes they dont send their vehicle's without letting you know and when you call back will keep you on hold and hangup. wait times from (1-2 hours) (if they show up/telling you you didnt call earlier) their drivers also are something to talk about! once a driver was in a hit and run collision and decided to chace the car that had done it! and slam on the brakes once in front of the other vehicle endangering my life! and those on the road. many times there will be open alcoholic beverages left in the vehicle's also. it cant be said for every driver there is only 2 that give good credit to their name !! another smokes in the car so when you go in the car is completely domed. asked to open the window but SHE was cold?....!! hello im paying for a service. AGAIN --- Worse service ever, highly questionable on if its legal or not. drivers are driving under the influence and endangering others lives. service is not at all acceptable and if it wasn't for the fact that this is the closet in the town of Buckingham ..... I WOULD NEVER USE THIS TAXI SERVICE.

Très mauvais service. J'ai réservé le taxi 2h20 à l'avance pour être certaine qu'il se présenterait. Malheureusement il ne sais pas rendu sur place.

Horrible. Person that answers the phone wouldnt give me a straight answer on time. Always 10 mins". Took an hour and a half.Driver that drove me to Ottawa purposely missed 2 exits thinking I was asleep.Horrible people

Amazing and quick service! The driver was also very kind. Definitely recommend if you need a taxi in Gatineau!!

I called them by mistake while at the Gatineau emergency exit, they took the call anyways and rerouted my request to the proper taxi company, pretty cool... I waited about 10 minutes and I was on my way home.Keep it up guys...

Order a taxi ride and it was very fast. The driver was very nice and had a conversation along the way. Very good service :)

Taxi. Service pourri! Agents téléphoniques plus bêtes que ça, tu meures! La personne ne connaissait même pas le Dollorama à Buck, puis le chauffeur n'était pas mieux, bête commecses pieds. Le dispatch n'est même plus ici.

The worse taxi experience ever don't even waste your time contact them the taxi will never show up they didn't even bother to call to let you know. If there was 0 star I'll give it to them.

Ceux qui prennent les appels je suis désolée de le dire mais ils sont vraiment incompétents. 5 fois qu'ils se trompent pour l'heure du taxi, ou même carrément ils moublient et je suis là à attendre pendant longtemps. Vraiment besoin du training. C'est plate parce que les chauffeurs sont bons et compétent. Pas la même chose pour ceux qui répondent au téléphone
