Absolutely horrible. Still haven't received my package. Book it for between 9am-1pm, says between 6am-10am on one of the receipts out of two. After 1pm I call as I notice it hasn't been shipped yet. Get told on the phone they don't ship before 2pm and my package will be there before 8pm. Nothing. I call and it instantly hangs up on my after saying please wait". Horrible phone service and just service in general. I've been waiting a week for something that's been sitting 15 minutes away from me and I can't get them to figure it out! Absolutely will never use them again!"

Looks like I’m just another lost package in the sea of 1 star reviews here. I placed my order on April 11 and waited now for a month to realize they give a different excuse every time I called them. And finally today Amazon shows the package is lost. I think this company is deliberately stealing Amazon packages! Disgusting!

Returned a TV a bought from Amazon, they were the carrier Amazon provided. Both Amazon and Ceva messed up here with Ceva not sending me the information I needed to send Amazon and Amazon not telling me I needed that information in the first place. Once I found out I needed the information I called Ceva to ask them to e-mail me that information, first cx support was nice but I never received the e-mail even though he said he sent it. Second cx support was the most rude lady I dealt with in my life, tried to explain what I needed from them and was told that they don't do that" even though the first cx agent said they would. Then told that because Amazon paid for the shipping they would have to contact them which would put me back in the cx supoort nightmare loop. Before I could explain and ask for more help she told me "she was disconnecting the call" and then hung up. Never thought a shipping company could be worse than DHL but DHL is 5 stars compared to Ceva."

If i could give the zero stars I would. I have never dealt it such a bad phone service in my career of Transportation. Customer service is rude at best. no other department picks up the phone. in 45 minutes I have been hung up on 4 times and told off on one of the calls because they could not direct me to who could assist.

Terrible company. Delivery is late. No call backs when they promise one. They hung up without any answer after being on hold 15 minutes, TWICE. Now it just sits with the annoying queue music and no one answers at all.Pretty sure I'm never receiving my product.EDIT (Nov 10/22): I did end up receiving my product, late, but with no help or any kind of response from Ceva. Would still recommend avoiding at all costs.

Worst company to do Pick Up. No one shows up no matter how many times you ring the bell.Waited for 3 hours and they said they dont have a load for me. WTF.All lazy staff, just collecting their salary without any work.Wise advice. Never Come Here.

You cannot get ahold of anyone, your on hold for 20 mins and they disconnect from you. What horrible customer service -- I was given a call, missed the call and trying to call back. No one answers the phone... would never recommend this company.

Appalling service, merry-go-round phone holds (with 1 awful, 45-second hold song on continuous loop) and being passed from agent to agent, none of whom are empowered (or seem willing) to help with a 4-day" shipment that cost USD $500 and is now more than 3 weeks late. The tracking links tell you almost nothing

Tracking feature is very poor. When it actually works you'll more than likely look to see there's zero updates. They're currently shipping my 8MO'S crib mattress from Amazon. If I actually get it on time I'll update my review. Otherwise I'm asking Amazon to deprioritize CEVA*UPDATE* 12/22 Even though I have a tracking number and it says on Amazon that the carrier picked up my package on the 16th AND that it's supposed to arrive on the 23rd (tomorrow). I called yesterday to learn that my package has not been picked up at all yet.

Truck YYZ2282 cuts off another transport truck by turning left in front of them when the other truck had the right of way. Very bad drivers
