Terrible customer service skills I recently had the unfortunate opportunity to engage the services of this company, and I must say it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with their abysmal performance.Firstly, their customer service was utterly appalling. Whenever I tried to reach out to them for updates on my shipment, it was like pulling teeth to get a response. Their communication was non-existent, leaving me in a perpetual state of uncertainty and frustration. It's almost as if they deliberately avoided my calls and emails, showing a complete disregard for their customers.As for the handling of my cargo, it was nothing short of a disaster. The level of incompetence displayed by the company's staff was astounding. When my package finally arrived at its destination, it was in deplorable condition. It was evident that there had been zero regard for its fragility, as it was severely damaged beyond repair. The lack of care and attention to detail was truly shocking.To add insult to injury, the delivery was delayed by an exorbitant amount of time. I was promised a timely delivery, but it ended up being weeks late. This not only caused a significant inconvenience on my end but also resulted in financial losses and missed opportunities. The sheer unreliability of Go world cargo is simply inexcusable.
