I give zero stars to this uncompssionate company.Even though a client was in hospital havining physiclogical problems they evited the person even though the problem was an easy slove considering.I will express this to anyone wanting to use thier services from this day forward.They were a contibutor to this person hard recovery.Shame on them

Last August our realtor with Pemberton Holmes, Grant Scholefield, helped us buy our new home and sell our old home in time for closing on the new one. he worked with us pressure free from late 2019, thru early covid and ultimately into 2022, as we walked away from 80k over asking's...bidding wars....high pressure listing agents and a myriad of other things making us think we would never find our forever home. We found a real gem and got it almost 50k below listing price and then, the stressful part of selling our existing condo to make the new home purchase. We were nervous with one showing in five days to start off: and then that viewing couple made an offer we couldn't refuse.
