Windsor Parking Violations

This review board is a sham. They had enough information to see that an honest mistake was made but they would rather have the community pay for something that should have been canceled. Then they have a sham review board which is a complete waste of time. No wonder society feels that Traffic enforcement personnel are scum. They don’t help themselves. What a complete waste of time. If I could rate them zero I would but 1 is the lowest selection

I was given a parking ticket for not paying at the meter, when the meter directly next to me was filled with almost an hour of time left on it, yet the officer was so ignorant that they had to look at the parking meter that was over a full car length away from me and ticket $30 for it. I requested the hearing and explained it with picture proof, but it got denied with no comments to explain why. The government needs to discipline officers that ticket people for the dumbest reasons, just because you need to hit your quota of tickets for the month doesn’t mean you should antagonize innocent people. Terrible service at the building and over the phone, they couldn’t even explain to me what needed to be done without saying “i don’t know” every other sentence.

The csr could not be less helpful. She should not be dealing with the public. Not sure why the city has to make this process so painful. Also tried to pay tickets online and they do not accept Debit Visa. I was able to pay for public swimming at a City of Windsor pool with Debit Visa. Why is this not an option?

Wish they were open on weekends or open late for those who don't leave work till 5. Some workers can have a bit of an attitude. And they should add on their website a way to be able to purchase parking permits and not just pay the tickets

They're making me pay a fine for paying to park at a meter that didn't show my time.Had my hearing, explained what happened and what the problem was and why it was unfair to fine me when I paid for the spot (not my fault that a Meyer that appeared to be working at all my coins and didn't give me my 3 hour time). Anyway, I was only parkes there for an hour and a half.They said Windsor expects you to move"... but where can I park if you just ate all coins?The dude didn't listen to my arguments and generously lowered my price - still believe i don't deserve to pay but that's my opinion.Only reason you get two stars is because you're fast but you need to work on your reasoning skills and

I went there for an interview. I wasn't reimbursed for a clearance that I was supposed to be reimbursed for.Maybe I should take the money owed to me off my property taxes...

Gave me a parking ticket when I had a permit to park on the street in front of my own house. My air freshener blocked 5% of my parking permit and I received a ticket because part of the permit was covered while you could still see the permit # and expiry date clearly.

Staff is very polite and professional. They do an amazing job and they do it very quickly. They even went above and beyond by washing my car inside and out which was not requested, but was definitely appreciated. I would definitely go back there in a heart beat

The people who run parking enforcement are absolute trash. And entirely disrespectful and inconsiderate to students
