I've never been on a paddleboard before and I'm over 50 years old. The instructor was able to pick a good board for me, was patient and provided clear instructions.

This experience was simply MAGICAL I purchased a semi-private lesson, which had to be rescheduled due to weather. Gudrun communicated quickly and was incredibly flexible. As a result we ended up choosing a 7am paddle, where the sun rose over the calm silvery water. Gudrun was very relaxed as she taught us the basics of standup paddleboarding. Not only did she take us around a huge area along the shoreline but we were also able to take the boards out for additional time because the conditions were so beautiful and she wanted us to enjoy them fully. I am really glad to have done my first stroll with Gudrun to get the basics down and cannot wait to get back to it very soon. This is one of those great Toronto experiences you MUST TRY. It gave me a whole a new prospective on one of my favourite areas in the city.

Amazing place! I went there for the beginner paddle board lesson and I love it! The instructor was amazing and explained everything with the smallest details. She also gave me some many tips and answered all of my questions. Highly recommend!

We reserved online and had our 4 paddle boards when we arrived.Friendly and helpful staff. Note that WSUP is a shipping container on the east side of the tennis courts. The directions on Google maps gets you to the west side of the courts.

First time paddleboarding and with the instructions I got up right away and didn't fall even once! Had a great experience, and I booked a rental for a few weeks later. Loved it! Very professional and fun staff.

They were very helpful after my wife rented a SUP and wind & wave conditions made it just too much of struggle for her as a novice to do much on the water. Although my wife had already used up part of the hour, it was no problem to get credit for the full hour to come back another calmer day where she properly enjoy practicing with the SUP.

Loved the experience. We had a quick lesson about safety and how to get on the board with proper paddling form. The instructor was very nice and they even took pictures of us in the water so we didn't have to bring out phones. We had an hour which was plenty to time to paddle to the surrounding areas. Such a great activity and you can feel safe social distancing. It was very relaxing. They also offer yoga and sunset paddle. Definitely recommend and will be coming back.

WSUP team is awesome! booked our spots for their Sunset Social for my wife's bday with her friends (some were new to SUP) and the WSUP team was very accomodating and made everyone felt at ease. We had a great time! They even gave us tips on how to navigate the waters based on the winds and waves that day so we wouldn't swept away too far. I have since rented with them a few times myself (I work near by) and it's been great.All their equipment is really well maintained and great quality and the price is really good. Check them out!
