Amazingly Service . . Brought a bead & such a kind staff made it to a pendant! Prices are great, the shop is so Cute & Beautiful~ A place to Revisit many many times again. I left the store with great Big SMILES :)

Over a decade ago, I used bring my toddler daughters to visit their former location on the main floor of Market Square to say hi to one of my coworker's close friend, Bronwen. She no longer works there but the current staff at this establishment are still amazing. Very polite and super resourceful, they offer lots of options and wonderful tips for DIY folks.This place has repaired numerous items such as precious bead bracelets, my ex-boyfriend's dream catcher that was broken for at least over six years (it was in that disrepair before we met; in hindsight I should have took the dreamcatcher with me after the breakup since he had little interest even when beautifully repaired) and several chokers & necklaces including my purple Mayan beaded necklace that was purchased from the Royal BC Museum gift shop. The repairs were done at a fast turnaround and good value for the labor costs.

Such a cute little shop with a wide selection of beads and other accessories to create jewelry and keychains! Love that you can purchase just 1 thing (rather than 10 of the same thing like at other craft stores). Prices are reasonable!

Their beads were at a reasonable price and loved their atmosphere! Staff was really friendly and we stayed there for pretty long time making our bracelets and snowflakes but they didn't make us feel like we had to leave. I would definitely come back next time i visit Victoria! The bracelets were about $20 each and about $25 for the snowflake. I liked how we could design anything however we wanted with the beads and they would help finishing it!

Fantastic store with exceptional customer service. I went in with a broken medic alert bracrket and Cathy, the store manager, was able to repair it to a better than new condition. Thank you so much. I highly recommend Beadworld for any of your jewelry, beadwork and jewelry repairs needs. If I was able to rate higher than a 5-star I would do so in a heartbeat.

Just passed by and my teenage daughters love so much. U can choose your favourite beards to make bracelet. Got many varieties of beards… it’s the only shop in Canada…

Such a great selection at good prices! I have been coming here since I was a kid, will always be my favorite bead shop in Victoria! The staff is so friendly and helpful. You can go in with an idea and if you're not too sure how to execute it they will help you right in the store!

What an incredibly fun and creative space. I spent at least 45 minutes choosing some beads I thought would look cute as earrings and it was amazing to just browse and well... create! Once I had them the employee at the counter helped me assemble them for NO additional cost (being a first-timer there). It was fascinating and fun and so wonderfully affordable (I paid $5.82 for a pair that looks like they would cost $25-$30 sold by someone else). I can not express how fun this made my one-day excursion to Victoria with my sister :) GO VISIT THEM, you'll have fun!!!

I went in to buy beads and came out with this amazing glasses chain instead - well priced and great selection!
