We’ve made this our favorite store! No matter what time of day all the staff are friendly, cheerful and ready to help. We’ve never had a bad experience or incorrect order. Thank you for making our start of day or evening pick me ups a wonderful experience!!!!!!!

Beautiful new store with friendly staff, and they make the most tasty brown sugar oat shaken espressos, ever!

Never really had a problem with this location tell today. There has always been a bit of a wait for drive throw, more so then other more busy locations. But the drinks are normally great. Today I went in for my normal drinks and watched as the cup for my drink sat on the back counter untouched for 10mins well they weren’t busy and had staff doing restock ( forgetting my order) took another persons cold drink order for them to notice they hadn’t made mine yet. Only to make it wrong ( it’s a simple drink with one mod ‘coconut milk café vanilla bean frap’ so coconut milk is the only mod) they handed me a cream vanilla bean frap with whip cream on it……… idk if the person makeing it just didn’t read the sticker or something- if I hadn’t said anything and just took off the whip at home idk if would have even been made with coconut milk with how wrong they got it. Legit would have sent me into a days worth of pain. overall super slow, they don’t use there time wisely.

I just had such a pleasant experience here at the drive thru that I wanted to share. Regan was such a delight and that's rare these days in the service industry! He was very sweet, kind, and helpful. He made my day with his genuine energy and I will definitely be coming back! Thanks Regan, keep on being you!

I went here for my usual drink I get , an iced chia latte with sweet cream cold foam , she asked if I wanted to try vanilla drizzle on it and I thought that sounded good , when I got my drink there was caramel drizzle on it , and extra dollar for drizzle I didn’t want , when I took a drink the chia was so strong that it hurt my throat . And the caramel did not go well with it at all , almost 9$ on a drink and I don’t even want to finish it

The staff are friendly, but this is the slowest Starbucks in town. Each time I use the drive thru, even if there’s only 1 car in front of me, it’s around a 15 minute wait or more. Definitely not the place to go if you’re in a rush!

Had a drink made incorrectly; when brought up with the barista she said she couldn’t take it back and add cream since it had already been sipped. She gave us a little cup of cream and told us to do it, we asked why it didn’t have cream the first time and she said we should have ordered it ‘x’ way. We mentioned we did order it that way and she said “oh the barista just made it wrong then” and we still had to fix the drink ourselves.When we pulled up she didn’t say anything to us other than just handing us our food and drinks, which usually is not the service we get from any starbucks in town, let alone this one as we come a lot because we live nearby.Bad experience.
