My review used to say amazing staff but with that new person up front... Well nevermind about nice and friendly staff, she is always so grouchy and makes everyone feel VERY unwelcome and that we are asking too much with a simple need for bus tickets or grocery cards

I delt with both Courtenay and Campbell. Campbell was good but they asked me to leave files at Courtenays office so I did never got a call back or even got my papers back that was for a lawer this time I tried for 2 weeks because I herd that they do income tax for low income can't get much lower then CPP Disability and I only asked if they fo it or not never got a call back bin now 4 weeks

Friendly and helpful staff. Ready to assist you in many ways. Receiving assistance with housing,identication renewals, or replacements, help with getting home if your from out of town and are having trouble getting back home.
