Highly recommend EDP Automotive!I had a flat tire that I needed replaced as soon as possible and despite the shop being busy, Brian was able to squeeze me in on short notice.The flat tire was dropped off at the shop to inspect, as it wasn’t clear if it could be patched or needed to be replaced. Within minutes Brian called and advised that I needed a new tire because of the damage done. Within a couple hours he had two new tires (decided it was best to have two replaced) delivered to the shop. The new tire was put on where I had the car parked and drove it back to the shop. They changed both tires on the spot and within two hours it was ready for pickup.Value added service - I forgot to tell Brian that my window had come off the track and it was just sitting on the track until I got it fixed, and when the mechanic rolled the window down it came out of the track. Rather than just leave it for me to fix the issue I’d had for a while, Brian called to say it had come off the track and that they would take it apart and put it back on.They weren’t responsible for it and took the time to take my door apart and place it on the track. Any other shop I have been to would not have done that!Services are very well priced and if you’re looking for honest, professional and efficient service, this is it. Several colleagues of mine have been going here for years. My Mother is also a customer, as well as her colleagues and friends. I was unhappy with the dealership service department and decided to shop around. I found EDP online and called them. They got me in ASAP because I was worried about brakes. They gave me estimate within an hour and had work done by end of day. Thw cost was reasonable and The service advisor was polite and knowledgeable. I will use EDP going forward.

Fantastic men working there. No issues, they’re honest took the time to explain, offered me a loner car, but wasn’t needed. Will be my go to place going forward for all maintenance and repair.

They were able to get me in quickly. They were upfront on the the cost of the service. They were on time with getting my car in. I wanted them to do a 4 wheel alignment and they quoted me the price for a 4 wheel alignment. In the end they found that the back wheels were in spec and the front 2 needed adjustment so only charged me for a 2 wheel alignment. They were polite and great to deal with. Thanks you guys. Another happy customer. I'm sure they hear this alot.

Brian at EDP went above and beyond to help me during an unexpected and difficult time. Brian was quick to look into what was wrong with my vehicle, explain to me the issues, and have it quickly repaired, all the while with kindness and patience with my many questions! We brought our new-to-us '06 Ford Ranger to EDP for an oil change and inspection. The mechanics found a couple minor issues and dealt with them. EDP provided efficient service and the communication with Brian and Justin was fantastic. Based on our great experience, I highly recommend this shop!

I went to EDP auto to do an out of province vehicle inspection, and I was really impressed with their professional and courteous service. Best price in town I could find for the inspection, and great experience overall. Will definitely be back.
