I always find what my dogs needs and wants haha. The staff are super friendly an k ow their stuff! Quality dog food at good prices. Also very clean an animals are well taken care of. Well done! We will be back for future purchases.

I’ve taken my lil chihuahua here a couple times, and without any issue. He can be a bit much to handle as he has trust issues but most of the grooming employees are patient, polite and understanding. But today ruined all of our hard work to get his nails trimmed. It took them less than a minute to cut his nails, and hurt him. I knew something was wrong. He was limping, his nails were beyond screwed up, and after paying I realized he was bleeding. Talking to another employee who was much moreFriendly, she said it was normal and that sometimes it happens. Uh? No. I’ve never had his nails bleed before. They were cut too short and they were all janky. He still flinches with pain when I touch his back legs. Please understand some dogs need patience and love. I won’t be bringing him back to be hurt again.

This is a great business. I stop at this place very often. The staff and the things that they offer never disappoints. I would definitely recommend stopping in and having a look around. You’ll never know what you’ll get there. So stop in you shouldn’t be disappointed.

Shaun from the fish department provided the best experience, extremely knowledgeable, provided lots of recommendations and advice to make sure we knew the costs, maintenance, proper care, etc. It is obvious he is passionate about proper care and his job, and I would recommend anyone to go speak with him for help or just any general customer service. The rest of the staff were also great but Shaun took it a step above with his service.

What rude rude RUDE employees. I simply asked why the curbside pick up number wasn't posted outside to which she rolled her eyes and when I was leaving she said to her coworker something about being able to tell when it a full moon! There is ZERO reason to be rude to a customer...I'll be telling everyone I know and won't be going back myself at all!!!

The Prospect street Pet Smart went out of their way to help me today! My daughters fish wasn't doing well. A staff member messaged their fish expert on his day off and gave me excellent advice and it was really quick; our fish seems to be doing better. They didn't need to do that, but they did and we're grateful for their kindness.

It's always fine. They have Christmas themed items now.

This is my preferred pet store for my dog! He absolutely loves their food and he gets groomed there. The staff are super friendly - they always say hi to you when you go into the store. The prices of their products are also reasonable and they have good sales and a really nice rewards/membership program for their customers

Store is clean, animals are well taken care of and the employees are so nice and well. Kind and empathetic. Always willing to help.I would like to see the customers be a little less aggressive with them, they don't get enough credit for the amount of work and support PetSmart employees do. Keep it up PetSmart!! We love you all!
