Nous sommes très déçus par le service. Je pense pertinemment qu'ils ne croient pas en leur produit. Nous avons acheté une thermopompe et c'est un citron .

This company has a street door, a customer’s room, shelf and aisles.But, when I went there looking for a double capacitor for my pool heater, they told me they only sell to companies not to the public. The voice and expression of the person was really condescending.They even recommended me to buy from Ebay or Amazon.What I finally did. But it took 2 weeks to arrive, so no pool while we were waiting.I don’t really understand, in these times when they ask us to buy local, what this company has to lose selling me a capacitor. I know is electrical, I know no returns, I know is my responsibility.Right now I’m looking for a company to replace my home air conditioning system, this company won’t be considered.It would have been so simple, and so win-win.

Pas beaucoup de volonté pour trouver une pièce qui me manquait pour un kit acheté sur internet.
