An amazing clinic with super friendly staff. I have been getting laser hair removal from Mona. She is professional and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. I had a best experience in this clinic for hair removal. The laser machine is a new brand with less less pain. Also Behnaz is a knowledgeable and friendly person who is caring so much about you and the results of job she did. After couple of sessions I got the incredible result with less less pain (no pain). Patchouli clinic is the perfect spot for any laser hair removal inquiries. Professional team, equipped with the most recent and up-to-date tools, means and methods of laser hair removal, and a very clean and hygiene environment. It was my first time doing facial hair removal (neck area) and the operator, Behnaz, did an absolutely fantastic job with the treatment. As she was performing the laser treatment, she constantly checked-in with me to ensure I'm all good and comfortable, she adjusted the laser machine to find the right laser beam fit for my skin tone. Altogether, she was very caring and professional in what she does. I would definitely recommend Patchouli to anyone looking to do laser hair removal.

The receptionist greeted me warmly and was very professional, answering all of my questions and explaining the treatments in detail.My laser treatment was performed by a highly skilled and knowledgeable technician who took the time to explain the process and make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire session. The results were incredible and far exceeded my expectations.
