They give you a verbal quote, act like your best friend, then screw you over with the final invoice. Once they have your deposit, you have to track them down for an install time, which will be weeks later. Avoid them, they honestly won’t care about you.

You just know from the first interaction these are authentic people who value trust, honesty and integrity. I have used this company for several shower renovations and will continue without reservation into the future

Great service at a very affordable price. Extremely easy to deal with. Ken took the measurements and provided quote 2 days later over phone. His price was competitive, but beat the competition without me having to haggle. He never asked for a deposit, and delivered within promised time.Will definitely recommend St. Jacobs glass.

We ordered a large mirror for our bathroom and the price was excellent compared to other businesses. The delivery and installation were quick and efficient. We requested masks be worn while inside our house and the installers arrived wearing them and were very pleasant to deal with. We highly recommend St Jacob's Glass Systems.

Over 9 weeks later, I finally have a new window.Originally (Mid-September) Ken, the owner of the company, visited for a quote and told me it would take 2-3 weeks, so I signed off on ordering the window.Over three weeks later of not hearing back, I called and sent an email on October 5th. They got back to me letting me know that they'll install the window the following week.The end of week four comes along (October 12th), two employees show up and let me know they ordered the wrong window and that they'd contact me next week.Mistakes happen, but 3 weeks later (November 2nd), I send an email asking when I could expect an installation. I heard back the next day where it just so happens they were supposed to receive my window that day, November 3rd. But unfortunately they said that it wasn't shipped on that week's order and I'll hear back the next week.Having not heard back by Saturday (November 11th) I sent an email asking when the installation would take place. I got an email on Monday (November 13th) and finally got told it would be done this week.Now, Friday November 17th, this nightmare is finally over. This one be a one star rating if it wasn't for how nice the two employees were, the two who installed the window who I had only spoken to previously on October 12th when they arrived and apologized that they had the wrong window.Ps, they still had me pay full price and blamed everything on their distributor and said they were just as upset" as I was.I would have never signed off on ordering the window over nine weeks ago if I knew how terrible the service would be."

We had a house fire 18 months ago and this company went above and beyond to take excellent care of us and get things moving quickly to help us get moved back home as quickly as possible...

I wanted to get a new (very large) mirror installed in my master bathroom, and St Jacobs glass quoted an excellent price. I went with them, and they installed a few weeks later. As I wanted the mirror to run right up to two walls and a backsplash, and to have an outlet cutout, measurements needed to be quite precise. They dealt with the walls being out of square, and the cutout was really quite beautifully done. It's a shame I'm going to hide that craftsmanship behind an outlet cover. The installers were very nice, were careful with surrounding trim, etc., and did an excellent job. Unless you're on a tight timeline, I'd say these guys are an excellent choice.

I ended up smashing a customers window by accident with a branch that bounced the wrong way. I didn't know who to call in the area since I don't often work in St Jacobs... I came across Ken and the St Jacobs team...explained to them my situation and that I would like it expedited quickly since it wasn't my house. Within the hour they were there taking measurements and by the time I got myself up into another tree to do more work I saw another truck was there taking out the remaining broken glass and installing a temporary glass window while they make there new one. I was so happy and impressed with this company I had to leave a review. Stay awesome.

Very helpful!! Highly recommended! Installed 3 wall mirrors for a home gym. All were perfectly placed and installed very professionally.Very reasonable fees!
