This clinic is 5 different doctors all with their own support staff. I can't speak to the other doctors, but Dr. Amanda Aikens office is run so well!! Her care for her clients is shown, she doesn't rush appointments and is always on the ball, I have always been seen at or just after my appointment time. She has done 2 of my c sections and I will be returning to her again!

Dr. Aiken is absolutely amazing! I have had 3 OB's before and she is by far the best. She always takes time to listen to your questions and answer you honestly. She doesn't over react about things and keeps you feeling calm. I was very lucky to find her for my second and very excited to have her deliver my third and final little one.

Doctor Amanda Aiken is amazing. She delivered my first daughter in 2013 and my Son last year. I recommend her to anyone I know in a heart beat. With my first daughter I had a vaginal birth. Second time around I was opting for a planned C-section for medical reasons and she was amazing listened to my concerns and didn’t fight me on what I knew was best for my body. I had my son 2 weeks earlier because of my previous medical conditions. I had a beautiful healthy baby. Not only was the prenatal experience great but when he was born Amanda was so sweet and kind to my newborn and myself. I truly think she is the best at her job! I could go on about her and how amazing she is.

I wouldnt even be giving this place a star at all to be honest. TERRIBLE patient service. I was cancelled on now three times and the lady who makes the calls is incredible rude and disrespectful. Shes actually a joke. Im disgusted in the way ive been treated and i havent even been able to see this doctor. I dont know how these people live with themselves and think they are nice positive people. Im beyond saddened that knowing something isnt right with my body they think its okay to trat me this way and continue to cancel and talk down to me. This lady who answers the phone for dr wong is a terrible person. I cant even believe she has a job there. She even had the nerve to say “ i am an easy person to talk to” but not once can even consider my feelings. I wouldnt even bother with these people.. like i said. She is a joke. Its pathetic. Id feel sorry if i was her. To be that disgustingly rude and awful to someone.

I see Dr. Mayo, my daughters see Dr. Aiken, both doctors are great, the staff follow the law and rules to the letter. I see many negative reviews here, some from men for OBGYN doctors(?) Seems like some of those men might need some more education about the female body and how it functions.Honestly if you are going to an OBGYN appointment and it's on time, I would ask why. Once in a while on time great, but if they are running late that means they are taking the time to ensure everyone is taken care of the way they should be. Government allows 7 min for an appointment, is that enough time for yours? Babies don't arrive on a schedule, expectant mothers have many questions, worries and issues, surgeries are rarely by the book. Appointments often are late, sometimes very late. Instead be book the day off for your appointment or a later in the day appointment and leave work early, get a babysitter and have your phone fully charged! If you appointment is on time, then call a friend and go for lunch, or shopping, have some me time.Go in with a list of questions, written out, I have found both these doctors answer all the questions you have, and are very good.Biggest thing with the staff, it treat them like you want to be treated.

I saw Dr. Shawna Stafford at this clinic after being referred to her for a high risk pregnancy. She is an absolute Angel - Kind, Caring, Knowledgeable, Punctual, Patient and very charismatic! I cannot recommend her enough to anyone in need of an OB. Thank you Dr. Stafford for helping me through a difficult pregnancy, I’ll never forget your kindness.

I requested to do a phone call appointment with Dr. Demsky, who I’ve seen at the clinic previously, since I didn’t need to physically be seen today. Was told Dr. would call me any time from 1-3pm, so I took it off. Went to the washroom without my phone at 2:45pm, and of course I missed the call. I called the office back at 2:47pm, and was told I need to rebook next week because Dr is assisting another patient. I’m disappointed at the level of service, as most women TTC know that time is very important. All the Dr’s I’ve had phone calls with (and trust me, it’s a lot) gives you a grace period of about 5 mins before you need to reschedule. I’ve now lost out on two hours of pay, and a week of waiting for the next appointment. We’ll see how next week’s phone call goes as I have a full schedule with patients and can’t make it into the clinic.Morale of the story? If you want to talk to the Dr the same day, book a physical appointment, unless you have all the time to stare at your phone.Added photo of my call log to show you that I’m not joking.

I've been a patient of Dr Aiken for 7 years now. She has always been an advocate for me and what I would like for my body. She has helped me through 2 higher risk pregnancies. When hospitalized she would come check in on me even though she wasn't on call doing rounds - the day I was getting induced with my third baby she stopped in to say hi. She's become more of a friend than a doctor. I highly recommend her as she's very understanding and knowledgeable
