By far the best spinning studio in Montreal. This place is clean, friendly, trendy and be ready to burn calories and have lots of fun... special shout out to Ludo, Will, Ty, Teddy, Jenna and all the girls at the counter. Thank you Spin Energie!!!

Tried out my first class with a friend. Our instructor was Ludovic. Let me tell you one of the best and funnest spin class we taken! Their studio is clean, staff is friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend if you love spinning. Ludovic was a great instructor his moves are unmatched!

I popped into this studio during my short visit to Montreal and I’m so glad I did! The class was amazing! It was my first spin class and the instructor did a great job of making me feel welcome!! Will highly recommend for a great workout! I had so much fun and was soaking wet afterwards!

I started working out at Spin Énergie a little over a year ago and the studio has quite frankly upped the bar in terms of service and quality of classes offered in Montreal. The staff is friendly and the classes are completely addictive. The trainers are on point with great set lists, impeccable rhythm and tons of flair. It's no wonder the entire class room is immediately filled with that infectious energy which is always needed as the classes are pretty intense. The locker room is always clean & filled with fresh clean towels which is great for me because my body certainly how to get it's sweat on.They somehow seem to have made spinning fun for me... Who could ask for more?

I decided to check out Spin Énergie while visiting the city of Montreal for the first time and I am so happy that I did! From the moment I walked in the door, I felt very welcomed and like the manager Teddy was happy to see someone new coming to take a class from out of town. He provided a wonderful introduction to the studio and let me know where to find everything. The lobby and locker room was very clean, bright and cheerful.My class instructor was Linda and she was very kind, asked me about my spin bike experience and let me know what to expect during her class. She helped me set up my bike and made sure I had a better spot in class since I had accidentally picked a bike in the back corner when reserving my space.The music, energy, and ambiance of the class were absolutely stellar, the time flew by and I had a great workout while also having so much fun. Thanks for making me feel welcome while visiting Montreal!

It's been almost 2 years since I have started going to Spin Énergie and I still can't stop raving about this place! It's not only an amazing place for a sweaty workout but a great place to connect with people on all walks of life.The instructors each challenge you in a different way and have their own playlists that fit their personality and teaching style.The facility is beautiful and the bikes are always kept in great condition.Be sure to drop by for a class when you have the chance! You won't regret it.

If there is a perfect place to unleash your motivation: it is assurately SE. It is not simply a super sweaty workout but an atmosphere that each time triggers your energy and help you push yourself, spin stronger and grab heavier weights. You are surrounded by outstandings instructors, staff and managers. So thank you for existing Spin Energie and empowering us to the beats.

Super enthusiastic and passionate instructors who really pump you up and get you working each session. You can tell they really love what they do. Their customer service is top notch and their change room and showers are always super clean and there is always a clean stack of towels available. Great place for people who want an intense workout but are strapped for time.

Fantastic exercise studio and probably the best spinning class I've ever taken.Definitely more cardio dancing and integrated workout than spinning, but it was a blast. The instructor was very encouraging and helpful. The class room itself was dimly lit with votive candles.The music was also incredible, nonstop from start to finish.Even more important it was very affordable with your first class free. You can sign up and schedule classes online, even select your spinner. There are very nice locker rooms, towels and water. Cannot more highly recommend!

This is not like any other spin class! It's a RAVE! I hated spin before I found this place. The vibe is amazing and it's in the dark which you would think is a bad idea... but no! the instructor was great at getting me set up. I highly recommend this place if you don't like going to gym but you want to get fit in a fun way. There's no pressure on you to keep up with the spin pros plus they can't see you anyway.. Be prepare to sweat and party! ;-)
