I tried to use the Dr. Scholls machine they have to give you an orthotic based on how you stand, and the machine would say to make sure both feet are on there which they definitely were and then it would just end due to inactivity. This was on March 24th. I let an employee know it wasn't working, and they said they would inquire about it being fixed. I even emailed Dr.scholls letting know the situation with the store location and got an email back saying they'd let their team know. I just recently came here in hopes it would be working, and unfortunately, it wasn't. I'm pretty disappointed the machine has yet to be fixed. I'm not sure if this is because London Drugs hasn't contacted them or if they're still waiting for it to be serviced, but I really just want to get a custom" orthotic."

I took some 110 film to the photo lab at the Acadia location and unfortunately the staff was not aware that this type of film can be sent out for development. Other locations confirmed over the phone that they still do develop 110, so I recommend a different location if you’re looking for film related services.

i’ve been going to this london drugs for photos since i was a baby, so 28 years. yesterday was my last time there. i used to recommend this place over all others, the lady who took my sons passport photos was so incredibly rude, even tried to turn us away to “someone who can do it better” and had me leaving not confident in the photos she took.she seemed to hate her job and maybe she should get a new one if she can’t even greet or sneak a smile in here and there.thankfully there was a employee in the electronics section who was kind and could help me with my other questions, but as for the photo lab. incredibly unimpressed.

I was in an emergency situation and really tight on time to get a passport that day and I needed to use a computer and printer and the employees there were really helpful in finding and printing off forms that I needed.

I’ve been going to this location for years and it’s great. HOWEVER THIS REVIEW IS FOR ONE SPECIFIC PERSON, Kyra. I recently dropped off film and the person who handled it put my information in wrong which lead me to believe my photos were gone. Kyra went above and beyond to make sure I got my photos. Not only that but I watched her deal with an irate customer with total grace, once again going above and beyond what is required.KRYA IS THE GOAT. I hope you see this and I hope this location knows how lucky they are to have you as an employee.

Worst customer service! We took our 6 months baby to do the passport photo and the lady was very mean with us, didn't want to retake the picture although its a baby and its hard to catch a good photo! It will take few seconds to retake it. Second thing is she kept telling us to put the blanket on the baby so baby's hands won't show.. we thought she will crop it out but got the picture as it is with the blanket on her.. she had a very bad attitude telling us to get away from the baby while we were trying to adjust the blanket, so she can capture the picture as soon as possible although we were the only customers at that time! Finally on the second trial when we were showing unsatisfied she told us 'you can go to a professional studio'!!! Now we are throwing the pictures away and retaking it at another shop, regretting paying money to them.

I have used this location several times over the years. I was able to get what I needed without any issues and left in a timely manner. I do find this store, like most others, to be kind of crowded and messy. Overall as long as I can get what I need without too much trouble then I’m happy. Hoping to see some more great deals especially on those big ceramic pots next year for gardening season

The store would not allow me to use my birthday $5 voucher. This is what drew me into the store today. I showed them my email from London Drugs and had clicked activate my birthday offer. I left, leaving the items on the counter.

In the electric section, Walter is pretty rude; he will stare at you your entire visit; but ignore you when you go to speak to him. Whenever he works his coworker will speak to you instead; and if you ask about why he does that they just say that's how he is.
