I was looking for granite or quartz counter tops, they had a good selection

We had a new kitchen designed with Selkirk and had a great experience. Karin helped us design the cabinets and gave us great advice on the types and sizes of cabinets (since we had never done a remodel before-we needed advice). She was very professional and stayed in contact with us throughout the entire process. She brought in a cabinet installer, Jasen, who was amazing, on time, and a diligent worker. We also bought a counter top, those installers were also great. There were a couple hick-ups during the start to finish process -mostly that was really beyond their control, but Selkirk, the cabinet installers, and counter top manufacturer all made sure they did everything they could to ensure we were happy with the end result. I read a couple yelp reviews that said the owners were rude, i found the exact opposite to be true. In fact, i locked my keys in my car 1 day and they offered to drive us home (30 minutes 1 way) in the middle of a work day. Anyway, I would surely use them again. Professional, kind, honest and if a mistake is made-(we all have been guilty of that) they (or those they contract with) own it and fix it-no excuses. That to me is the most important after quality products.

This is company has exceptionally poor customer service.

Worst! Our windows were 3 weeks late! Kept telling us new arrival dates every time we called to see what the hold up was. They did not offer us any install discount or anything. Just had a “not my issue” attitude. Will never do business again with this company.

Complete lack of customer service!We spent over $10,000 on two 10’ sliding glass doors. We ordered screens that are magnetized to pop open in the middle (for both doors).KC the sales girl calls to say “I was so confused I only ordered 1 screen door for you.” It’s another $1400 for the other door. After waiting 4 months to get doors. They won’t fix their screw up.Hire people who can think “two doors two screen doors”. It’s not rocket science. Would NEVER buy from again.

Purchased new countertops. Top notch service from purchase to installation. We had a glitch with one of our materials choices begin discontinued. The people at Selkirk made sure we got what we wanted. Also should mention the installers were terrific too.

Terrible experience. Item I ordered took 16 weeks to arrive, well beyond the 6 to 8 weeks quoted. No explanation. When I complained to an owner he added an outrageous delivery & installation fee". ($500 for a 10 minute installation) The fee was not on our invoice. I would not do business here again."

Came for porch screens June 25. Three weeks turned into six. Screens not tight. Excuse given that they didn't want to hour glass frames." While a "free fix" was offered
