Racism complaint in Sephora SherbrookeToday I stopped by Sephora with my family to purchase some products and enjoy our date out and I came across the most impolite employee ever. This person behaviour and attitude was absolutely disrespectful and racist towards us. It is 2023 and Sephora in Quebec is still not enforcing an environment where everyone feels safe. The store needs to make sure a screening is conducted before hiring people to make sure they are not racist, unintelligent, and ignorant. I truly came across some lovely employees in the store but there is always certain others who makes the experience bad. Therefore, I am never coming back.

So well organized. They had a girl at the entrance asking what you're looking for, sends you to the right area, your name and communicates with a salesperson by walkie talkie to meet you there .
