Farm Boy
Farm Boy on McRae Avenue in Westboro is stacked with all the choice and service that come to make the retail chain one of Canada's great successes. Fresh food, great salad bar choices and prepared foods always bring customers back. The store includes a few tables for customers to use for their take-out food, and the store provides good parking and access for special needs. Good find.

No good if you want detergent and light bulbs but if you want a great selection of top quality food, these guys have it all. Reasonably priced, fresh, and bonus of knowledgeable helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Large store, with lots of fresh produce, full range of grocery items and a fair number of vegan products. Many lines of house-brand items. Upstairs are washrooms and seating for eating.

The experience that I have shopping here is always exceptional. The choice of produce is kept fresh. They have great deals. Things are reasonably priced and; most importantly, the cashiers and working staff are always very kind and attentive. Great place to stop in and shop. :-)

Food is normally very good. Received a wrap that my colleague purchased for me and there is a bug inside the packaging of the wrap itself.

I do love this place but I have to say that either they need to hire more staff or management needs to allocate staff better. At 5:30 on a weekday they only had 3 cashes open all with lines of 4 or more. Add to that that I had to wait 20 minutes at the stir fry/pizza bar before the poor woman could even take my order because she had a back-up of no fewer than 5 pizzas to make. You need more people working at rush hour!

Do not order the smash burger here. The beef was raw, I feel nauseous and the manager had very little to say about this after I returned with the burger. Ruined my appetite and was evidently poorly cooked.Update, I’ve been sick to my stomach and just feel generally disgusted. This is not acceptable. I no longer crave a burger.

wonderful presentation of food. i love just strolling around the isles. especially in summer the fruit choice is amazing, the offering on especial food ranging from hummus to tzaziki is amazing, not to speak of bakery area. i live in germany and visit ottowa to meet my parents every year and always looking forward to food experince at Farmboy.
