He went out of his way for us and over and beyond in helping us sell our home (which he was able to sell in 4 days!) he has all the right tools and connections to sell your home or to find what your looking for. They say buying your first home can be a pretty stressful situation, but that wasn’t the case for me when I had Eric Murray as my Realtor. Eric was extremely patient with me, we looked at many houses over the course of almost a year as I held out to find that “perfect” first home, and we eventually found it! Eric was quick to answer any text messages, emails or phone calls I threw his way, and you can bet I had a lot of questions going through this process for the first time. While we were still searching for that perfect home, a new listing popped up that looked promising, but I could not get away from work to go see it - Eric went and did a quick video tour for me so I could see it, and gave me his professional opinion on the property. Unfortunately that property didn’t work out, but it led us onto the next one! Overall, I have nothing but great things to say about working with Eric Murray, he made the whole process buttery smooth!
