One star for a very bad service experience (retail not catering). This lady at the counter (sunday morning shift) is the worst customer attendent with literally no sense of her job. People would wait atleast 10 mins just to order and once an order arrives from the kitchen customers have to identify it as she would simply put it behind the counter somewhere expecting the customers to know whose order it is. She gets fake friendly with the new customer coming in and once they are done ordering, her attitude be like 'sorry, who are you'.

The roti's we purchased were spoiled when we opened it at home. The guy was really nice and was willing to provide refund and felt sorry for the same. If I were selling something to the public will never put anything dated in the shelves

We bought today Khaman,Kachori and sev khamani. Every thing was too sweet, like made from sugar syrup only.Price also very costly compared to other snacks soap. We also got hair from khamani. They don't wear hear net.Don't prefer to go again.Sorry to say but please be professional.

Worst customer service we are standing here from 20 minutes and still no came here to serve us we are waiting for them but still they are busy in phone and they are just ignoring the customer. I would highly recommend that don’t go this place ever. Because they don’t won’t to receive customer.

This is worst place I have ever been in the area of customer service. No one working there is interested in serving the customer. All the employees working behind, despite seeing the customer don't come outside to serve unless the customer calls to serve them. This is totally unacceptable and dissatisfying. All of us out there highly recommend not to go there. Too much disappointment with the service they provide.

“AMBIKA KHAMAN HOUSE”There were times when this place was a savior for every Gujrati food lover, well still they’ve got really good food, quality is good but most of the time they are short of item. Even when you go there in the morning and they don’t have most of the items.The staff is not concerned at all, they don’t bother your preferences.

A bit hard to find location, but once you know it’s there and you have tasted the Gujarati gem, you will come back for more.The Masala Khaman and Regular Khaman are the best. The very best part is that there is no dairy in it as normally most tend to add yogurt or buttermilk. I have asked both the owners and they assured me that they don’t use dairy. I must have eaten so many pieces of this Khaman that I don’t remember as there no vegan options available.The Dakor na gota are. It available as far as I know and are delicious little pakoras. Little sweet, savoury and a touch of spice - DIVINE.The Khichu served with garlic chutney and a drizzle of oil is amazing. Both again vegan. The Khichu is spicy and to die for.The Sev Khaman is very good as well.I am salivating as I write this.

Very poor experience, recently bought fafda and the kadhi tastes like it’s going bad. Called them and they were sure that it’s not going bad. Please taste before buying to avoid disappointment. I didn’t feel like arguing so just hung up the phone.
