Today I brought my vehicle in for service at Mountain Mitsubishi. I had the pleasure of dealing with Marco, who I believe is the service manager. It turns out my battery died and Marco really took care of me. He found the last battery and replaced it quickly and under warranty. Straight forward and no funny business. Thanks Marco! I'll be seeing you guys soon for my oil change and tire swap!

I recently had a great experience at Mountain Mitsubishi in Hamilton! I got a fantastic deal on my new car, and while the service wasn't exceptional, it was satisfactory. One tip for future customers is to keep your spare tires, as you can get them swapped for a better price elsewhere. Overall, I highly recommend Mountain Mitsubishi to anyone looking for a new car!

Great buying experience at this dealer. We switched from another dealer down the street due to poor buying experience the last 8 years. Tyler made us feel very comfortable with the purchase process of our Outlander and was a pleasure to negotiate with. Chris in finance was also amazing. Drove an hour to look at a vehicle which turned out to have previously repaired damage that wasnt disclosed, transmission type listed was inaccurate which was a deal breaker by itself, and although i showed up exactly at my appointment time, my presence was ignored while i waited at the reception desk. what the heck is going on over there?I have been given enough reasons in one visit to justify pledging never to return. what a joke!

My first time at this new location. Simply a stunning building. The staff we dealt with was amazing. From planning for my car to be towed there, to picking it up after a very expensive warranty repair. The car runs better than it did when we bought it.
