Fraka Décontamination

Fraka were hired to expose plumbing pipes throughout our entire apartment so that they could be replaced. The did this job in a timely and effective manner, as far as I can tell, and I appreciate that few areas they were not working in were well sealed off and protected from dust.Unfortunately, a large desk was left in one of the work areas due to the fact that it could not fit through the door to be taken out of the work area. In the course of their work, this desk was destroyed, left in three pieces without possibility of repair (the details of how this happened were not clear to me), and moved to the side of the room. When asked for resolution of this issue, Fraka's response was that it was not their responsibility to move our furniture, pointing to a paragraph in the quote reading Non inclus : [...] déplacement des meubles

Je n'ai jamais reçu ma soumission. Même après plusieurs rappels de ma part. Cela fait 2 mois maintenant qu'ils sont venus voir chez moi afin de pouvoir me faire un estimé et toujours pas de retour de leur part.
