Very cute spot off the sauble main strip. Plenty of unique wellness merch, and pricy but holistic foods.Sadly, we will not be returning. While flipping through a poetry book, one of our party members took pictures of a couple of pages to reference later (with full intention of purchasing said book). A staff member interrupted the browsing with a rather rude comment insinuating that the book should be purchased. Needless to say, the comment was insulting enough that the book was purchased on Amazon instead. While I understand what it looked like, there’s no need to make people feel judged before you know their intentions. As a fellow retail worker, I found it to be distasteful profiling.

Good coffee & cute decor but horrible smoothie and rude customer service. I made the mistake of ordering a pina colada" smoothie and got something that tasted like a rotten banana (pic below). For $10 it did not taste like pineapple & coconut at all

This spot is wonderful for gf options! The BEST gf bagels, gf lemon cake, choc chip tahini cookies & a damn delicious beverage and smoothie menu! Our favourite place to stop anytime we head to Sauble or Tobermory !

This cafe was super lovely. A great place to find healthy food and good coffee in the Sauble Beach area.The staff are friendly and everything we ordered was delicious. The price point is a little higher, but you get what you pay for in terms of quality.

The Wellness Refinery
My trip to Sauble isn't complete without multiple visits to The Wellness Refinery. This time I had a smoothie bowl, tumeric-hummus toast, a raspberry square and some delicious coffee - bought the beans too. The staff are not simply slapping food together with basic ingredients. They are obviously putting effort into their meals and it shows. The dishes are pricey, but worth it. Some folks think the coffee is too expensive, but 3.5 for a fabulous bean is on point. The staff were all incredibly friendly and immediately brought out some water for our pup when we sat down in their beautiful backyard patio. I highly recommend this place and wish they were closer to Kitchener - there is no cafe in KW of this caliber. Thanks WR.

Very delicious and healthy! We went for lunch and had the smoked salmon bagels and they did not disappoint. Would highly recommend.

The ladies who owned the cafe/worked there, were super sweet and friendly.There was a bit of wait for the food but they'd mentioned to us that they haven't had that much service, so they were surprised themselves.I'm not surprised though, the food was really good and fresh. My friends who ordered the smoothie bowls said they were very delicious and super pretty. I got the roasted veggie panini with a salad on the side, de-licious!Wish these ladies best of luck in their business!

Nice place for modern baked goods, smoothies, coffee and sandwiches. The menu in the store is not very descriptive and you have to read it on your mobile to know what is in each item. We visited them in the morning (a few minutes after they opened) and they were already sold out of some items which was disappointing.

Delicious & healthy food options for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. Awesome coffee/tea options. A cozy modern and bright atmosphere and the shop is lovely and stocked with so many cute things as well! All the people that work there are genuine, helpful, and friendly. I will be back!
