Pam is very caring, extremely understanding of patients concerns and made the laser hair removal experience go very smoothly. The place is very clean and I felt very cared for. The machine did not made the experience painful at all, I was expecting a lot more pain from what I have heard from other machine but Pam was right it felt like ice cube on my skin. Thank you again Pam for the amazing experience, definitely recommend that place to anyone and will go there again! :)

I unfortunately had to make a move away before I had a chance to start treatments with Pam, but I wanted to write this review to acknowledge her amazing kindness and compassion. I had approached her after a not-so-great experience at another salon in town. She met my concerns with such warmth and understanding and made me feel so comfortable and hopeful about the process. Start here if you're considering laser in Nanaimo.

Pam is kind, answered all of my questions and made the experience very enjoyable. She is flexible with her schedule and fair with her prices. I have seen huge results after only two treatments! After my first treatment I only shaved 3 times in 7 weeks where I normally have to shave every 2 days. Thankyou Pam!
