Justin was very prompt and professional. We had an issue with our dryer the day after, and he came out right away to check it out. Turns out it was something that was probably unrelated to the dryer vent cleaning, but Justin still offered to cover the cost. Very happy with the service, and will definitely use again in the future.

I had Justin over to my home to investigate a fireplace that wasn’t working well - he was very professional, nice to be around and quick! He was able to diagnosis, plan, and clean up really well. Looking forward to his estimates as we plan our next move. So great to find great people!

Justin was amazing to work with. I was able to get him scheduled fast and he drove about 45 minutes to where I needed my service. The price was great for the value. He cleaned my Chimney, inspected the brick on the outside, showed me how to use it properly, and told me what things I'd have to do in the future to keep it running long and strong into the future. I couldn't be happier!

They’ve cleaned my dryer vent twice, perfectly. Fast, very nice and easy-peasey-patrick-swayze. Love this company. They also reconnected the vent hose on the back of my dryer when it popped off one day (bad install from appliance dealer). They really went above and beyond with that one. Thanks, Mike D!

After having a few chimney companies give estimates, I wanted to go with Airriffic, even though he was late to the appointment. We were supposed to get an estimate within five days, it’s been a month, several phone calls and emails reaching out to them and no response. Definitely frustrating and disappointing, now back to the drawing board in finding a place..
