The aromatherapy facial is amazing! SO relaxing and my skin was literally glowing after. It included a facial and arm massage which was heavenly. Also got waxed while I was there and let me tell you… it was pain free! No joke. They use a special numbing cream and it works wonderfully. Also, I’m super conscious of proper cleanliness when it comes to spas and from what I’ve observed, the employees have been trained to take every precaution to maintain cleanliness during services. I’ve been very happy with what I’ve seen. (Have had a facial, pedicure, waxing and sugaring so far.)

Had my first ever facial appointment with Nerry and she was very friendly and educated me on my skin type. She also took the time to recommend products I should be incorporating into my skincare routine. Overall I was very relaxed, my skin looks amazing and it was a great experience!

I got such an amazing facial from Sheryl, it was a truly magical experience and left my face feeling refreshed and moisturized. The massage itself was spectacular. She has done a wonderful job with analyzing my skin concerns. The service is top notch and definitely be back again, well highly recommended and must try!

I had a great experience visiting Aloha Day spa for a set of classic eyelash extensions. It smelled amazing when I first walked in and the décor makes you feel relaxed right away. I live in Cambridge but it was worth the drive to Beamsville for some pampering. They have a great menu of different spa treatments!

In addition to my amazing French manicure, the spa pedicure is next level - Sheryl (the owner) picked a fresh flower to use in the water, on top of other organic materials. I left feeling relaxed and well taken care of - thank you for the delicious POG!

After a extremely high recommendation from a friend, I booked a facial with Nerry. Upon arriving to the spa I was greeted warmly and the place smelled amazing. Nerry was friendly, funny and full of knowledge about my skin and performed an amazing facial. It was relaxing and my skin looked and felt amazing after. I bought a couple of products she recommended and look forward to using them and seeing the result. Will be book with Nerry again for sure!

I had originally gone for waxing but was offered laser. I had always been hesitant to try laser but now wonder why I didn't do it sooner. Sheryl (the owner) is such a sweetheart. She made me feel relaxed. The table is always nice and warm which is an added bonus!! The spa is decorated so nicely and it feels like a retreat when in cottage country. I would highly recommend Sheryl for her excellent customer service. She treats each client with so much care. Sheryl being an expert in skin care will also alert you if she notices any problems.

My sister and I just had the luxury pedicures at Aloha Day Spa. It was great - very relaxing. It started with a rubdown with some fruit, salt scrub, and followed by a massage. All the employees were really friendly and we really enjoyed it. We will definitely be going back!

Be ware of waxing here!! I got folliculitis from improper waxing practices. Unfortunately they do not practice proper sanitary measures here and the wax is full of bacteria which gave me folliculitis. Never should you dip a stick back in the wax that has touched a client. They should be single use only (I have since found out).I went for waxing to feel more confident but now, I’m extra self conscious as folliculitis does not look/feel nice. Please train your employees properly so this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I paid full price plus tip for this!? So disappointed, I won’t be returning.Update: their response is an absolute lie. I had no condition prior to entering their spa and I did indeed leave a $6 tip which was over 15% of the value of appointment. I don’t believe she is an RN as double dipping is highly unsanitary and taught if you are properly trained. I’m very disappointed in the lack of accountability. Even more reason to avoid going here!! BEWARE, if you are a paying customer and have an issue, they deflect instead of trying to resolve and improve in the future. I didn’t notice the folliculitis until days later, but would be happy to accept a refund if you’re offering :) my mom also got a fungal infection on her toes after a pedicure here.

Amazing Team! From Joel the receptionist, Neri who took care of my massage and awesome facial, Van who took care of my husband’s massage and men’s foot scrub—- all 5 stars! They made my birthday pampering so worth it! Totally turned around the bad experience I had yesterday from a spa that had 0 customer service. So worth it! The place smells so good and very clean! Totally recommended! Finally I found the right Day Spa for me!
