So my landlord has rob hopkins selling the house iam currently renting. When rob showed my house and left for the day left all my lights on and the doof to the unheated garage was left wide open to let the funace in my house to heat the garage . If that doesnt tell you whrre robs priorties lay then i dont know what else to tell you .hughly recommend you stay awaybfrom a realitor who clearly doesnt care and has no respect for the properties he is selling .

As of today, my house changes possession and it is officially sold. I can't thank Joey Sabourin and his colleagues at Royal Lepage for the fantastic work they did by getting my house sold before it even hit the open market. He went over and above what I've seen or heard of any other realtor doing. Can't recommend him and Royal LePage enough.

I have nothing but great things to say about Tracey Bitz ,she did a wonderful job and was honest and sincer ,my house was a hard sell and she worked hard and sold the house ,i would recomend her to anybody
