I haven''t even gone in for my appointment yet but, let me tell you my experience thus far. Whoever is the secretary of this clinic either needs to be trained better or fired. There should be no reason why it takes 2 weeks to book an appointment (which she only wants to communicate via email). Why when I call at 9:30AM, the call is automatically sent to voicemail? Overworked? Maybe. Maybe they need another secretary. But that doesn't justify the fact that I've been communicating with this lady via email FOR TWO WEEKS and have yet to confirm my appointment date. I asked her when is your next available appointment?" She replies to my email stating "We are all booked for this friday." But that's not what I asked! So I respond stating "do you have any availability for the rest of the month?" Like seriously who hired her?????"

Highly recommend this place for any minor cosmetic procedures. Quick to reply and set up an appointment. The entire procedure involved minimal to no pain at all and was very quick overall. Wait time was not long. Staff are friendly and very thorough.

My terrible experience:The receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional, not picking up phone for day. and when finally answered 24 hours later, no explanation or estimated time for an appointment .Her answer was : I will email to the Doctor and it may takes days for and answer.”I was required procedure for inflamed boil drainage. Doctor did not see me in person

I knew ahead of time what to expect and what I wanted done. Dr. Backstein and his staff (Becky and Julia) were extremely professional, a pleasure to deal with and got me squared away quickly and efficiently. Barely felt the needle for the local and didn't feel a thing during the procedure.

I got 2 small procedures done by DR. Richard in April. I couldn’t be more happier with the outcome of the procedure. The attention to detail and the care I have received was outstanding. Also all the stuff were very welcoming and understanding.

Dr Backstein recently removed a keloid scar from my ear. I had my stitches removed today by my family Dr, she said she could not believe how many stitches he had managed to get in my ear. She said because of this and how well they were done that I will likely get no scarring to my ear from this procedure! The entire experience was great. Julie is also extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience at the centre for minor surgery last week. Julia is such a joy to speak to, she was so down to earth and took the time to explain how everything is done. She set me up so that getting my surgery was as smooth as possible. Dr. Backstein is incredibly professional and very highly skilled. He reached out to me right away when I inquired about my surgery needs. He explained the procedure in detail and answered any questions I had. The surgery was surprisingly painless, fast, and I’m delighted to say, will have very minimal scarring. Becky was so nice and showed me exactly how to care for my wound and answered any after care questions I had. I was so impressed with my overall experience here. I highly recommend this centre if you have any minor surgery needs. The quality and care that the staff provided was outstanding.

I came here to get earlobes repaired and so far its looking great. Nice clean work and no discomfort. Also, the people working here are fantastic.The doctor who did the procedure on me is super cool, professional and answers any questions or concerns.I really like the nurse/lady who was helping out that day. She's very nice, knowledgable and also helped me with any questions I had.The receptionist is helpful, quick to answer my emails and made the whole process very simple.Glad I picked this place for my procedure. After my personal experience and reading some reviews of this place, I agree with the need for improved receptionist professionalism.The first time I called was to ask about the status of my referral and was met with I think I sent that out already
