The Sunshine Inn

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sunshine Inn! The owners were very accommodating....and the breakfast delicious!!

A few days ago (late fall for us) while on a mini motorcycle trip we stayed at the Sunshine Inn. This property is basic and dated. However, do not let that deter you. We found our room, the buildings and property in top notch conditions. It is obvious the owners take pride in their property, the Inn and the rooms. Everything was spotlessly clean! Our room was well appointed with all the usual things you would expect. There was a small fridge in our room, coffee and maker, ample electrical outlets, AC no heat. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom and shower worked perfectly with plenty of hot water. We took time to explore the property a bit prior to continuing on our journey. Visiting the Sunshine Inn is like having your own private park with woods, trails and a lake on the property. To top all this off is a lovely full breakfast that was included. I would definitely recommend the Sunshine Inn in Parrsboro.

5 star! Wish I could give more stars! Stayed here because I was working in town and it was the best place my boss could put us at! Lake is 5 minute walk absolutely beautiful. They had a canoe and a row boat you can take that's included in your stay. Also free breakfast with real eggs! Bringing my family here!

We stayed here for one night and it was just perfect for us. Very clean room and bathroom. The property is beautiful, I suggest a walk in the back to the lake. The owners were super friendly and the homemade breakfast was great.

Place was fairly standard for a motel, everything was very clean. Fridge in my room was rather noisy. Grounds were lovely.

The beautiful nature surroundings, the cottages , the friendly atmosphere, the wonderful breakfast, the kindness of the hosts , not to mention very clean rooms are all well worth the visit. We always stay here in our travels as we know what we are getting and love it!

Great inn/breakfast! The cottage we stayed in was clean, spacious and we felt like we got great value for the price we paid. Although we didn't stay for long, we had a great time and the manager running the complimentary breakfast was extremely welcoming, kind, and friendly. Lovely place! You won't regret staying here!

The Sunshine Inn was more than was expected. We were there the last weekend they were open and it was amazing! The hosts were extremely friendly and made you feel that you were at home. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The made to order breakfast helped start the day off right. I would highly suggest staying here if you are in the Parrsboro area! I know we will!!

This is a lovely motel, with amazing beds, and very nice and clean. The only problem was not having any hot water for showers. It was too late that night to get in touch with them about it, so I did tell the gentleman working there in the office area, in the morning when we went over for their really nice breakfast. Next time I'll check the water situation earlier!....Other than that, it was perfect!

Called at 8:10pm. They close at 9.Rushing and angry that attempted to book room while I was 45 minutes away.Tried getting payment done up so she would feel better about me showing up to said room but was rude and interruptive. Absolutely sh it service for a place that could use the tourism.
