I recently ordered full house flooring. Can't say enough about Riverview customer service -- truly thebestt I've encountered. Helpful, great communication, caring, knowledgable - super nice folks who know their stuff, always there, all the time. Derrick, Craig and the kind team of folks there made renovating during CoVid a whole lot easier. So thankful.

What a gem of a store! Anything from formal to rustic for the cottage. One rocking chair at the top of the stairs is to die for! We made an afternoon of going to Minden. Did the river walk, had ice cream, stopped at the brewery and ended the day shopping. We will be back to the furniture store. Extremely nice people. Very helpful and informative. They are more than willing to custom order every purchase. What a wonderful fine!

A well deserved 5 stars and I didn't buy anything. I was looking to buy a sofa shown on their website but after speaking with Craig at Riverview I had to give up on it given shipping difficulties to my location. Craig called back a few hours later, had talked to the manufacturer and found a local store that could source the same product under a different model name. This was as unexpected as it was appreciated, especially as there was nothing in it for Riverview. Based on my experience, I can only imagine the level of service you get when you actually purchase something. Thanks Craig.

We ordered a fridge Monday and it arrived Saturday, from start to finish service here was great in that the salesman quickly found out what we wanted and was able to show us options within our budget. Today two young men delivered and took away the old fridge, I would highly recommend checking out this place before going afar to the big box stores.

Riverview has long time repeat business because they will give you reliable advice and do whatever they can to help you with your purchase. You will be a happy customer not only during the purchase but long after. Don’t let big box stores and fancy showrooms lure you. Make Craig and Derek at Riverview your first inquiry/stop. Their input will be valuable.

The folks at Riverside are friendly and helpful, but i do have an issue with finish that was used on a custom maple dining table that we purchased a year and half ago. For the age of the table, there are many scratches and marks just from daily use. A finger nail will leave a scratch. From a distance the table looks great but on closer look not so much. Not sure what was used, but a harder more durable clear finish would be my recommendation.Further to our earlier review, the folks at Riverview did attend to our issues with the table top and a coffee table purchased late in 2018. The tops were re-finished and so far so good. Five stars now for their commitment to customer service!

The staff are very friendly. I had ordered a bed for delivery it did not come on time and the owner gave me a call and went over the top by immeditly sending out a bed that was a bit more expensive at no extra cost. On top of that they still managed to get it to my house before I got home with my son he absolutely loves the bed and is grateful he does not have to use a blow up mattress any longer since it slowly deflates overnight.Thank you and Merry ChristmasFrom the Deller Family

If you are looking for solid, hand made furniture at a reasonable price, look no further. On top of this you will receive excellent customer service from all of the staff at Riverview.I have purchased two of the bunk beds, a single over a double wiith a trundle and a double over a double with the drawers. I can fit all eight of my grandchildren in one room!What impressed me about these beds is that you can sit up on the lower bunk without bumping your head. Also, because the construction is so solid you do not need to worry about weight restrictions in the top bunk.I purchased all new mattresses for my beds from Riverview and they are very comfortable yet reasonably priced.I made an error when I ordered my second bed and ended up with a stain that did not match my first bed. I figured I was stuck with it because it was an oversight on my part. Several days after getting the bed Craig called me and said they would deliver a new bed to me with the correct stain. No charge except for the delivery fee. You don't get better service than that!I will certainly purchase more furniture from Riverview in the future.

Once again, we received excellent service at Riverview. On the Friday of a long weekend, my fridge stopped working. I stopped into the store in the morning and Craig showed me what was available. He gave me a deal on the fridge he had in stock. They arranged for delivery and by 4 pm we had a brand new working fridge.

Great quality, friendly and helpful team. They adjusted the size of my side table to fit in my room. I would highly recommend them.
