Just got recall work done AND have to go back because I found screws on my seat and floor. The middle console is very loose in my car now. Wasn’t like that when I brought it in. Should I go back to the same place? Do it once do it right for safety and efficiency.

Great mechanical workHad a 2013 Taurus SHO that needed an engine replaced after a major failure with the previous owner. I ended up sourcing my own engine from LKQ and dropped it off to shawville ford for install. 4/5 months later the car has been running great no check engine and no problems.

Had a wet passenger side floor six months ago, so they applied a six inch strip of foam instead of replacing the door gasket and my Ford stamped bed cover leaked horribly in the middle of the top, finally had it replaced only to have to replacement cover start to leak six month later. After repeated emails, 96 hour later still no response at all… very disappointed in after sales service. Any one can sell me a vehicle but how you treat your customers afterwards , well that’s the trick to repeat customers
