Art of Taekwondo is a perfect environment to learn taekwondo. Master Shawn and the instructors are fun and engaging. My kids love it and look forward to every class. Of course the training and skills taught are top notch, as well. The students get constant attention and they improve continually. At AOT, the instructors are exceptional. Everyone is very patient, skilled, genuine and capable. Their classes are fun and yet very challenging. They have helped my son understand the meaning of respect, focus, discipline and how to be more confident in himself. Our kids have been training with Master Shawn for years and we were very excited when he opened his own dojang.AOT has not disappointed. The kids have tons of fun, get a great workout and learn in a fun and caring environment with amazing instructors and masters.They learn not only Taekwondo and self defence, but they also have words of the week which teach them important life lessons to be compassionate, respectful and kind.Older kids and higher level belts can join the leadership team where they help guide other students, develop their voice and learn how to be great leaders of the future.There are also lots of movie nights where the kids get to hang out in the evening so the parents can have a date night. The brewery downstairs, which is not affiliated with AOT, is a bonus.The Masters, instructors, students and parents really feel like family and we couldn't be happier to be part of the AOT family.While AOT is conveniently located just off major roads, we live a ways away and literally drive by half a dozen or more other martial arts studios on our way to AOT, but it is defiantley worth it.

Instructor Shawn is amazing, his patience and kindness makes him a great taekwondo instructor. He has been teaching my daughter for years. Highly recommend:)

A brand new dojang run by very experienced, and all around amazing instructors; they are absolutely great at what they do.Both our kiddos started their Taekwondo journey with instructor Shawn, he is absolutely amazing. He has helped our kiddos not only gain the knowledge of Taekwondo, but also gain self-confidence, self-discipline, accountability, inner calm, and self-respect.Highly recommend AOT to anyone considering enrolling their kids or themselves in Taekwondo.
